“I can’t say enough about the service I received from Doug Sanders last Friday. I told him I needed something with good MPG that I could fit in (I’m quite tall) and he showed me a RAV4. Springhill was the 4th dealership I visited last week in search of a good car and deal. None of the other three matched the service or price of Springhill. The price we started at was better than the price I had negotiated down to at another dealership! Folks at Springhill Toyota were all engaging and friendly and made me feel like I was working with them. Doug took time to show me how to use features in the car AFTER he’d closed the deal, put in the floor mats himself because the folks who usually did had gone home (it was kind of late), and noticed something that was missing and made a point to request it and is mailing it to me. The day after I got the car he called with an update on the thing that was missing (the manual) and to ask if I had any questions at all. He’s said several times I can call about anything related to the car and I believe him. Doug and the folks at Springhill Toyota made me want to do business with them.
